A community our size may have a small municipal team, but the job is anything but small! Our Town Office and Public Works teams wear a lot of hats and bring a wide range of knowledge and skills to work every day.
Our staff are called upon to be professionals in finance, customer service, communications, administration, water and sewer, roads, snow removal, waste management, parks and recreation, equipment operation, facility maintenance, planning and development, emergency response, safety, bylaw administration, grant management, procurement and so much more.
Much of what they do happens behind the scenes—but it all plays a part in keeping Indian Head running, looking great, and serving our residents.

On September 25, the Town Office and Public Works shop will be closed for a team-building afternoon as we take some time to celebrate our staff and everything they do.
