2024 Bird & Mammal Count
If you like animals, nature and citizen science, and want to burn off all that christmas baking, then head out on Dec 27 to partipate in the annual Indian Head Natural History Society Christmas Bird & Mammal Count! It can be done from your window, walking outside, or driving around the Indian Head RM. Print off the attached sheet or pick one up at Scots Printing. Drop off filled out sheets at Scots before Jan 10.
Stats will be compiled by volunteers and sent to the SK Conservation Data Centre to track bird (and mammal) populations and species. This project has been going on around the province for more than 75 years. Thanks for participating!
